 The American Center for Stress Control is an internationally recognized center dedicated to provide educational resources, techniques and training in managing the effects of stress on individuals, small groups and corporations. We have served as a model for other centers (Kuwait, Italy, Switzerland, USA) and have a 15 year history of evaluating and treating psychophysiological and stress-related disorders. Our approach is active and pragmatic, and integrates biofeedback therapy with relaxation training and behavioral and cognitive techniques. We also provide consultation to health care professionals interested in learning or expanding their skills with state-of-the-art biofeedback and EEG neurofeedback instrumentation.
